Shipping Policy
WHAT do you ship?
Correspondence books will be shipped USPS or arrangements can be made for you to pick up the needed materials.
WHEN do you ship?
The correspondence material will ship at the earliest date and time the post office is open.
HOW do you ship?
United States Postal Service with tracking.
How to track an order that’s been shipped?

In store pick up option?
If you make arrangements you can pick up the Correspondence materials either from the classroom or we can meet you in Taylor, TX.
Recycling of packing materials?
Correspondence Continuing Ed materials are shipped in re-usable envelopes.
Return Policy
WHAT can be returned?
Since we sell education and not product there is nothing to return. If you find you have paid for a wrong class you will be credited for the class or re-scheduled to the proper class. We make every effort to ensure you are in the correct class or have purchased the correct Correspondence Continuing Education book.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
We must be notified before attending a class if you find you have registered for the wrong one.

CREDIT for returns?
We will re-schedule in to the correct class or refund your payment prior to the scheduled class. If payment was made by credit card, fees will be deducted from the refund.
CONDITION for returned books.
If you find you ordered the wrong Correspondence book the book needs to be returned. The book must be free from any marks.
